End-of-Life Doula Services
As an End-of-life Doula, Daya helps those of advanced age or individuals with a terminal illness deal with the final leg of their physical journey in the best way possible, focusing on peace of mind and heart. She also helps family members and friends deal with this delicate stage, their concerns, grief and feelings of emptiness.
Offered within a neutral and non-religious but "respectful of all" environment.
In this day and age, many factors can contribute to aging people living with loneliness, even if they are surrounded by family, helpers, or are in an assisted living environment. Having had personal experience with this matter, we have developed this service to alleviate the issues associated with loneliness.

Additional Services
Please keep reading – this is NOT your TYPICAL Vision Board experience! Yes, it will certainly be creative and fun but with the added benefit of learning how and why a Vision Board can be an effective and helpful tool. You may ask yourself "can a few images, photos, markers and ribbons make a difference in my life?" YOU BET, but it requires a deeper understanding of the process – that why I call them ACTION Boards!.
Please note that due to personal preferences and styles, supplies are not included and may vary in cost. A list will be sent following your booking.
Daya Underwood will speak at your event on any of the topics Over the Woods offers. However, you can also create customized content to suit your needs and to deliver a targeted impact.

We offer Workshops for most topics outlined in the Personal Development Series and End-of-Life Doula Services.
Most of our sessions are available as a half- or full-day workshop (online or in person). They can also be customized to accommodate private groups of 3 or more people.
